Hello,
We’re back with the second round of Polychrome, our 1-minute visual contest. We started this bi-monthly contest last October to engage with new media and to tell our stories better for a diverse audience. Our stories at The Reporters’ Collective are produced in the written format and full of details that many simply did not care about.
Polychrome is our small step to explore different ways of storytelling to reach a diverse audience. For this creative collaboration we are specifically interested in youthful innovations that broaden the scope of journalistic work. We call on artists across India to participate in this contest.
We are open to any and all the elements that you wish to creatively use – images, live footage, drawings, animations and sounds. The videos should touch the core of the issue. The Collective does deep-dive investigative work with cost-efficiency. We would like a similar approach with video-creation – videos should be innovative, not expensive.
The top three videos will receive an award. They will also be displayed on our website and promoted on our social media. To participate in this contest, click the link below:

Here’s to another round of creative fun!
